Bali Private Jet Privacy Policy

Bali Private Jet Privacy Policy

This Bali Private Jet privacy policy explains how baliprivatejet.com collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal data you send us when we coordinate ground handling, permits, slots, or arrival services at Bali’s I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS/WADD). It is written to comply with Indonesia’s Law 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection, with GDPR principles applied for international clients. Last updated 4 August 2026.

Who Controls the Data You Send to Bali Private Jet?

Bali Private Jet is a coordination and concierge brand published by Juara Holding Group, an independent Indonesian travel and hospitality group. We are not an airline, not an Air Operator Certificate holder, and we have no affiliation with TNI AU or any government institution. We coordinate with licensed ground handlers, with ExecuJet — mentioned here factually as the operator of the general aviation terminal at DPS since November 2022 — and with authorities through official procedures.

For the purposes of Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 (the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law, “UU PDP”), Juara Holding Group acts as the data controller for enquiry and booking data submitted through this website, via WhatsApp on +62 811 2859 0000, or via email to sales@balipremiumtrip.com. Licensed handlers, the GA terminal operator, and government agencies that receive your data process it as separate controllers under their own legal obligations.

What Personal Data Do We Collect, and Why?

Ground handling and permit coordination cannot happen anonymously. Immigration manifests, DGCA landing permit files, and apron access lists all require verified identity data. We collect only what the specific service demands.

We do not knowingly collect data about children except where they appear as passengers on a manifest supplied by an adult client, and we never collect more identity data than the receiving authority or handler requires.

Who Is Your Data Shared With?

Only the parties needed to deliver the coordination you actually requested. As of August 2026 those recipients are:

  • Licensed ground handling agents at DPS appointed for your specific movement, who require passenger and flight data to prepare services.
  • ExecuJet, where your movement uses the general aviation terminal it operates at DPS, for facility access and passenger processing.
  • Indonesian authorities — the DGCA for landing and overflight permits, immigration, customs, and quarantine for CIQ clearance, and airport operator Angkasa Pura I for slot and apron matters — strictly to the extent your itinerary and Indonesian law require.
  • Vetted licensed partners such as chauffeured transport providers, crew hotels, and helicopter operators, only when you order those services.
  • Professional advisers or insurers, only where a legal obligation or claim makes it necessary.

We never sell personal data, never share it for third-party marketing, and never publish passenger identities, tail numbers, or itineraries.

How Does Indonesia’s UU PDP (Law 27/2022) Protect You?

UU PDP, fully enforceable since October 2024, is Indonesia’s national data protection law and the primary legal framework for this website. Under it we must have a lawful basis for every processing activity — usually the performance of your service request, a legal obligation such as a manifest filing, or your explicit consent. Passport and identity documents are treated with heightened care. If a data breach materially affects you, UU PDP obliges us to notify you and the supervising authority in writing within 3×24 hours of discovery, and we honour that timeline.

What If You Are Covered by the GDPR?

Many of our clients enquire from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we treat its standards as the floor: lawful basis, data minimisation, purpose limitation, and your full set of subject rights. Indonesia does not hold an EU adequacy decision as of August 2026, so transfers of your data to Indonesian handlers and authorities rely on the necessity of the transfer for performing the contract you requested, and on your explicit, informed instruction when you submit flight and passenger details for a movement into DPS. If you prefer not to transfer data this way, we cannot coordinate the movement — the manifests are mandatory.

How Long Do We Keep Flight and Passenger Data?

What Are Your Rights, and How Do You Exercise Them?

Under UU PDP, and under the GDPR where it applies, you may:

  • Request access to, and a copy of, the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated data
  • Request deletion where no legal retention duty applies
  • Withdraw consent for any consent-based processing
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, specific processing
  • Complain to the Indonesian data protection authority or, for EEA residents, your local supervisory authority

To exercise any right, email sales@balipremiumtrip.com with the subject line “Data Request”, or message +62 811 2859 0000 on WhatsApp. We verify identity before releasing anything, acknowledge within three business days, and complete verified requests within 30 days.

How Secure Are WhatsApp and Email Enquiries?

WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted by the platform, though Meta processes account metadata on servers outside Indonesia. Email travels over TLS where the receiving server supports it. Passport scans and manifests are stored on access-restricted systems and deleted per the schedule above. We will never ask for card numbers, PINs, or one-time passcodes over WhatsApp or email — treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to sales@balipremiumtrip.com.

Does This Website Use Cookies or Ad Trackers?

As of August 2026, baliprivatejet.com uses only essential cookies and privacy-respecting aggregate analytics to understand page performance. We run no cross-site advertising trackers and no social media pixels.

What Are the Honest Limits of Our Role and Liability?

  • We are a coordination service. Ground handling, terminal services, transport, and government clearances are delivered by licensed handlers, the GA terminal operator, and Indonesian authorities under their own terms and liability.
  • Authority timelines are indicative, not promised: DGCA landing permits currently take 3 to 5 business days as of August 2026, subject to change, and we cannot guarantee permit approvals or slot confirmations.
  • All commercial prices we quote are quote-based market bands as of August 2026, not official tariffs; statutory airport charges follow the published DPS charge schedule set by the airport operator, not by us.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of passport and flight details you supply — errors can delay CIQ clearance or permit issuance.

How Will You Know When This Policy Changes?

Material changes are posted on this page with a revised date; significant changes affecting active bookings are notified by WhatsApp or email. Questions, corrections, or data requests: WhatsApp +62 811 2859 0000 or sales@balipremiumtrip.com. This version is dated 4 August 2026.
