Bali Private Jet Disclaimer

Bali Private Jet Disclaimer

Bali Private Jet (baliprivatejet.com) is an independent ground-handling and permit coordination concierge operated by Juara Holding Group. We are not an airline, not an AOC holder, and we have no affiliation with TNI AU, DGCA, Angkasa Pura I, ExecuJet, or any government institution. Every price on this site is an indicative band as of August 2026, and no approval outcome is ever guaranteed.

Who Operates This Website?

Baliprivatejet.com is published by Juara Holding Group and run as an independent concierge and facilitation service for general aviation arrivals at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (IATA DPS, ICAO WADD) in Tuban, Badung Regency, Bali. Our work is coordination: we liaise with licensed ground handlers, prepare documentation for permit applications through official channels, and manage arrival logistics on the client’s behalf.

We do not own aircraft, operate flights, or employ airport staff. Every regulated service described on this site is performed by the licensed entity legally responsible for it; our role is limited to arranging and supervising that work under a written engagement.

What Exactly Are We Not?

Read these five statements before relying on anything else on this site:

  • We are not an airline and hold no Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in any jurisdiction. We never sell charter flights; aircraft charter is contracted directly with licensed operators.
  • We are not a licensed ground handler. Ground handling is mandatory for foreign-registered jets at all Indonesian airports (confirmed 2025), and it is always performed by licensed handling companies we coordinate with.
  • We are not a government institution and have no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with TNI AU (the Indonesian Air Force), the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Angkasa Pura I, or Indonesia’s immigration, customs, or quarantine authorities.
  • We are not affiliated with ExecuJet. ExecuJet is named on this site only factually, as the operator of the general aviation terminal at DPS since November 2022.
  • We are not legal, tax, or financial advisers. Regulatory summaries on this site are general information, not professional advice for your specific operation.

Why Do Third-Party Names Appear on This Site?

Accurate writing about operations at DPS is impossible without naming the institutions involved. Each name on this site is used descriptively and factually. All trademarks remain the property of their owners, and no mention implies partnership, endorsement, or approval of our services by that entity.

How Should You Read the Prices Published Here?

Every figure on this site is date-stamped and falls into one of three categories. None of them is a binding offer, and only a written quote confirmed by our team constitutes a price you can rely on.

CategorySourceHow to read it
Statutory charges (e.g. USD 3.64 per tonne international landing up to 40 tonnes)The published DPS charge schedule, as of August 2026Official tariffs set by the airport operator; subject to revision without notice
Market benchmarks (e.g. FBO handling USD 800-2,500 per movement)Commercial market observation, as of August 2026Indicative bands only, NOT official tariffs; actual invoices vary by aircraft, timing, and provider
Our concierge fees (e.g. GA arrival concierge from USD 400 per movement)Our own rate guidance, as of 2026Starting points for a quote-based service; final pricing confirmed in writing per movement

Fuel figures attributed to the Logistics Capacity Assessment and third-party passenger-service listings are reproduced for orientation only. Exchange rates, fuel prices, and peak demand in July-August and December-January all move real costs. If a number matters to your budget, ask us to confirm it in a current written quote.

Can We Guarantee Permits, Slots, or Approval Outcomes?

No. This is the single most important limitation of our service. Overflight and landing permits are granted solely at the discretion of the DGCA, slot and PPR confirmations rest with the coordinating authorities, and apron availability at the roughly 14-aircraft GA apron is controlled by the airport operator. As of August 2026, DGCA landing permits typically require 3-5 business days with extensive documentation, but processing times are outside anyone’s control but the regulator’s.

What we do promise: complete and accurate application files, prompt submission through official channels, honest status reporting, and immediate escalation of any problem to you. What we never promise: that a permit will be issued, that a slot will be confirmed, that a timeline will hold, or that an authority will exercise its discretion in your favour. Any person or company that guarantees an Indonesian permit outcome should be treated with suspicion.

What Are Our Booking and Liability Terms?

  • Engagement. Services are confirmed only by written quote and your written acceptance. WhatsApp messages and emails exchanged before that point are informational.
  • Third-party costs. Statutory charges, handler invoices, fuel, and charter fees are passed through at cost or as itemised in the quote. We mark our own coordination fee separately.
  • Changes and cancellations. Each written quote states its own change and cancellation terms, which depend on how far third parties have progressed with your file.
  • Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the coordination fee actually paid to us. We are not liable for decisions of the DGCA, airport or military authorities, weather, force majeure, or acts and omissions of licensed operators and handlers.
  • Insurance. We strongly recommend appropriate travel, aircraft, and trip-disruption insurance; we do not sell or arrange insurance.
  • Governing law. These terms and any dispute arising from this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

How Do We Handle Your Personal Data Under UU PDP and GDPR?

Coordinating an arrival requires personal data: passenger names and passport details, crew licences, itineraries, and contact numbers. We process this data under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP). In plain terms:

  • We collect only what a specific movement requires, and only for permit filings, CIQ coordination, and the services you ordered.
  • Data is shared solely with the authorities and licensed providers involved in your movement, never sold, and never used for unrelated marketing without consent.
  • Records are kept only as long as the engagement and Indonesian statutory record-keeping require, then deleted.

For visitors from the EEA and the United Kingdom, we operate with GDPR awareness: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing. To exercise any right under UU PDP or GDPR, message us on WhatsApp at +62 811-2859-0000 or email sales@balipremiumtrip.com; we aim to respond within 72 hours and resolve requests within 30 days.
