Bali Private Jet is a ground coordination concierge for private aviation at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS/WADD), operated by BD Juara Holding Group. We arrange airport slots, landing permits, CIQ fast-track, crew support and arrival logistics through licensed ground handlers and official DGCA channels. We are not an airline, and we hold no AOC.
That is the honest version of who we are. The rest of this page unpacks it: what we coordinate, what we deliberately do not touch, what our work costs as of August 2026, and how an engagement runs from first WhatsApp message to wheels-up.
Who Is Behind Bali Private Jet?
Bali Private Jet is a service brand published by Juara Holding Group, with day-to-day coordination handled by the BD Juara Holding Group desk in Bali. We are an independent facilitator — a specialist layer that sits between your flight department (or charter broker) and the people who physically make a DPS arrival happen: licensed ground handlers, the GA terminal, immigration and customs officers, fuel suppliers, drivers and hotels.
We built this brand around one idea: the aircraft is only half the trip. The other half happens on the ground at Ngurah Rai — in Tuban, Kuta, Badung Regency, operated by state-owned Angkasa Pura I, where the general aviation apron holds roughly 14 aircraft and slot pressure peaks in July–August and December–January. Someone has to own that half. That is our lane.
What Do We Actually Coordinate at DPS?
Our scope is the on-ground layer of a private jet movement into or out of Bali — five workstreams in practice:
| Workstream | What we handle | Typical lead time |
|---|---|---|
| Slot and PPR coordination | Slot requests and prior permission for the GA apron; Indonesia treats its airports as slot-coordinated per 2025 guidance | 3–10 days, longer in peak season |
| Permit support | Overflight and landing permits through the DGCA process (currently 3–5 business days with extensive documentation), FSC filings via the official SMS-FSC digital system, KKOP coordination through official written channels | 3–7 business days |
| Ground handling liaison | Appointment and briefing of a licensed ground handler — mandatory for foreign-registered jets at all Indonesian airports, as confirmed in 2025 | 48–72 hours |
| Arrival and departure concierge | Greeters, porters, CIQ fast-track coordination, escort to vehicle at the GA terminal | 24–48 hours |
| Crew and logistics support | Crew hotels, transport, catering liaison, multi-leg planning under special domestic permits with up to 30-day validity | Ongoing per rotation |
On the GA terminal itself: ExecuJet has operated the general aviation and FBO facility at DPS since November 2022. We mention that factually because clients ask who runs the building — we coordinate around that facility, we do not operate it.
We also keep clients ahead of regulation. ICAO Annex 14 Amendment 18 on ground handling becomes applicable on 26 November 2026 and will shape how handling at DPS is audited through 2027. None of that should land on your crew as a surprise.
What Are We Not?
Transparency is cheaper than a misunderstanding at the ramp. The explicit list:
- We are not an airline and not an AOC holder. We do not operate aircraft and we do not sell charter. If you need the aircraft itself, we refer you to licensed charter brokers and operators.
- We have no affiliation with TNI AU or any government institution. Permits, FSC filings and KKOP matters go through official DGCA and SMS-FSC procedures, in writing, the same channels available to any applicant. What we add is preparation, sequencing and follow-through.
- We are not ExecuJet and not Angkasa Pura I. The GA terminal operator and the airport operator are named on this site only as facts of the DPS environment.
- We claim no awards or ratings we cannot verify. No invented credentials appear anywhere on this site.
If anything on this site ever reads bigger than that, hold us to this page.
What Does Our Coordination Cost?
Our fees are quote-based and indicative, stated as of August 2026 and subject to change. Statutory airport charges are always separate and always passed through at cost — for reference, the published DPS charge schedule sets the international landing charge at USD 3.64 per tonne MTOW up to 40 tonnes, plus a passenger service charge of IDR 200,000 per international passenger.
| Service | Indicative fee (as of August 2026) | Covers |
|---|---|---|
| GA arrival or departure concierge | From USD 400 per movement | Greeters, porters, CIQ coordination, escort to vehicle |
| Chauffeured transfer, airport to villa | From USD 150 per route | Alphard or V-Class; ramp-side access subject to handler approval |
| Helicopter connection coordination | USD 200 service fee | Charter billed separately by the licensed operator |
| Crew accommodation and logistics | USD 150 per day management | Hotels and transport at cost |
| Permit and slot support | Quoted per itinerary | DGCA permit dossier, SMS-FSC filing, slot follow-through |
For budgeting the whole movement, market benchmarks — commercial figures, not official tariffs — put FBO ground handling at USD 800–2,500 per movement depending on aircraft size, CIQ handling at USD 150–400 per arrival, and a typical all-in arrival at USD 2,500–5,000 for a light jet or USD 6,000–12,000 for a heavy jet. We quote line by line so you can see exactly where each dollar sits against those bands.
How Does an Engagement Work?
- Send the itinerary. WhatsApp us tail number, MTOW, routing, dates and passenger count. A rough plan usually comes back the same day.
- Receive a written quote. Line-item fees, statutory charges estimated from the published DPS schedule, and a permit timeline against the current 3–5 business day DGCA processing window.
- Confirm and hand over documents. We prepare the permit dossier, file FSC via SMS-FSC, and lodge slot and PPR requests.
- Pre-arrival briefing. Forty-eight hours out, your crew and broker receive handler contacts, CIQ arrangements and ground transport confirmations in one document.
- Execution and debrief. Our coordinator tracks the movement in real time, then closes with a reconciled invoice — statutory charges at cost, our fees as quoted.
