Bali Private Jet Terms of Service

Bali Private Jet Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern every enquiry, quote, and confirmed engagement with Bali Private Jet (baliprivatejet.com), a coordination and facilitation service for ground handling, permits, slots, and arrival support at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS/WADD). We work through licensed partners; approval of permits and slots always rests with Indonesian authorities, and Indonesian law governs these Terms.

Last updated: 4 August 2026. These Terms apply to all requests made through this website, WhatsApp +62 811-2859-0000, or sales@balipremiumtrip.com.

Who Is Behind Bali Private Jet, and Who Do These Terms Bind?

Bali Private Jet is a service brand operated under Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian hospitality and travel group. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to that operating entity. “You” and “Client” mean the person or company requesting services — an aircraft owner, operator, flight department, broker, or passenger representative.

By requesting a quote, sending a coordination brief, or confirming a booking in writing (including by WhatsApp or email), you accept these Terms in full. If you act for a company or an aircraft operator, you confirm you are authorised to bind that party.

What Do We Do — and What Do We Never Claim to Be?

We are a coordination layer, not an aviation operator. In plain language:

  • We are not an airline and not an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holder. We do not operate aircraft, sell charter capacity, or carry passengers.
  • We hold no affiliation with TNI AU, the Indonesian DGCA, the airport operator, or any government institution. We deal with authorities only through official written procedures.
  • ExecuJet is mentioned on this site solely as the factual operator of the general aviation terminal at DPS, a role it has held since November 2022. That mention implies no partnership or endorsement.
  • Ground handling, ramp services, fuelling, catering, security, and transport are performed by licensed third-party providers. We appoint, brief, and manage paperwork; the licensed provider performs the regulated activity.

How Do Quotes and Confirmations Work?

Every figure we send is indicative until confirmed in writing. Aircraft weight, timing, handler availability, and apron pressure move quickly at DPS — especially during the July–August and December–January peaks — so three rules apply:

  1. A quote is an estimate, valid only for the option window stated on it (typically 48–72 hours).
  2. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing by email or WhatsApp and any deposit or payment guarantee stated in the quote has been received.
  3. Indicative bands published on this site (for example, GA arrival concierge from USD 400 per movement, as of August 2026) are commercial market references, never official tariffs, and are always subject to a written quote.

How Are Statutory Charges Handled?

Statutory and airport-published charges pass through at cost. Landing charges, parking and movement charges, and the passenger service charge (IDR 200,000 per international passenger under the published DPS charge schedule, as of August 2026) are set by the airport operator and the authorities, not by us. We invoice them at the amount actually levied, supported by handler documentation where available. If an authority revises a charge between quotation and the service date, the revised amount applies.

Third-party costs contracted at your request — fuel, catering, transport, crew accommodation — are billed at cost plus any coordination fee disclosed in your quote before confirmation.

Who Approves Permits, Slots, and Clearances?

Indonesian authorities do — never us. As of August 2026, landing permits processed through the DGCA route typically require 3–5 business days with complete documentation, FSC filings run through the official SMS-FSC digital system, and DPS operates as a slot-coordinated airport where PPR and slot confirmation are required. We prepare filings accurately and follow up actively, but:

  • We cannot guarantee approval, processing times, or specific parking positions.
  • A rejected or delayed permit, slot, or clearance is not a breach of these Terms by us, provided we filed correctly and on time with the material you supplied.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of documents you provide: aircraft registration and airworthiness papers, insurance certificates, crew licences, and passenger data. Errors or late submissions on your side can put published lead times out of reach.

What Happens with Schedule Changes and Cancellations?

Notify every change in writing as early as possible. Then:

  • Revisions to slots, PPR, permits, and handling are re-coordinated at actual cost; some authority and handler fees are non-refundable once incurred.
  • Our own coordination fee for a movement becomes non-refundable inside the window stated in your quote, typically 24–48 hours before the service.
  • Statutory charges already paid to authorities follow the refund rules of the issuing body, which we do not control.

What Counts as Force Majeure?

Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control: volcanic activity, severe weather (the November–March wet season regularly affects operations planning at DPS), airport closures, ATC restrictions, government directives, strikes, epidemics, or outages of official filing systems. In such events we re-coordinate at cost, pass back third-party amounts we actually recover, and keep you informed. Force majeure does not cancel payment obligations for services already performed.

What Are the Limits of Our Liability?

Our duty is professional, timely, and accurate coordination — nothing broader. Specifically:

  • Our aggregate liability for any engagement is capped at the coordination fees you actually paid us for that engagement.
  • We are not liable for acts or omissions of licensed ground handlers, the GA terminal operator, authorities, fuel suppliers, hotels, or transport vendors; your remedy lies under their own conditions of service.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed connections, lost business, diversion, or repositioning costs.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Indonesian law.

How Do We Handle Your Personal Data?

We process passenger and crew data — names, passport details, contact information, itineraries — solely to deliver the services you request: permit filings, CIQ coordination, and handler briefings, in line with Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). For clients and visitors from the EU, EEA, and UK, we apply GDPR-aware practice: data minimisation, purpose limitation, and disclosure only to the parties needed to perform the service — handlers, authorities, contracted vendors. We never sell personal data. Requests to access, correct, or delete your data go to sales@balipremiumtrip.com; our Privacy Policy carries the full detail.

Which Law Governs, and How Are Disputes Resolved?

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, both parties first attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days of written notice. Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Denpasar, Bali, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If any clause is held invalid, the rest of these Terms stays in force.

How Can You Reach Us About These Terms?

  • WhatsApp: +62 811-2859-0000 — fastest route for operational matters, monitored daily.
  • Email: sales@balipremiumtrip.com — for contractual notices, data requests, and disputes.

Written notices under these Terms are valid when sent by email or by WhatsApp with acknowledgment of receipt. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published at baliprivatejet.com/terms-of-service/ with the most recent “last updated” date applies to bookings confirmed from that date onward.
