Bali Private Jet is a ground-handling and concierge desk for private aviation arrivals at Ngurah Rai. This page explains what we coordinate and what sits with the operator.
Where a handling desk sits in a private flight
A private arrival at Denpasar involves at least four parties: the aircraft operator, the appointed ground handler, the airport authority that issues slots and parking, and the immigration and customs teams who clear the aircraft. A concierge desk is none of those. What we coordinate is the passenger-side arc — FBO arrangements, clearance timing expectations, transport waiting airside-adjacent, and the onward itinerary — while slots, permits and fuel remain with the operator and handler. Pages on this site are written to that boundary so that nobody books on a false assumption about who is responsible for what.
How we keep procedure pages accurate
Slot, parking and overflight permit requirements are checked against the Indonesian civil aviation authority and the airport operator’s published procedures, and re-checked around peak season when parking at DPS tightens. Where a procedure is applied differently in practice than published, we describe it as current practice and date it.
What we do not claim
We are not an aircraft operator, not a licensed ground handler and not an aviation authority; nothing here is a flight-permit service. No page on this site carries an individual’s aviation licence, rating or title, because the desk holds none.
Coordinating an arrival
Aircraft type, tail number and ETA let the desk begin. Send them via the contact page.
